I am taking it seriously. In Italy, they all throw the dough into the air.

Here we use a machine to make the thin crust.

*dough 原料　ピザの形になった時　crust

Do you always go by the book?

Yes. I dropped a pan pizza on the floor before, so I learned my lesson.

*by はhow (much) に対応し、手段･方法･程度を表す前置詞

*by the book 規則に従って・規則という方法で

ジャンクフードは本当に減らさなくちゃだめだよ。－ありがとう。君の正しいアドバイスはいつも頼りになるよ

*must 　should よりも強度の高い表現

You’d better keep that under your hat! – I guess you’re right.

*had better 緊迫感のある　～したほうがいい
